*The next 20 TO 40 ROUNDS - I keep that last enemy alive and just tank his hits so that my Crusader can repeatedly cast 'Inspiring Cry' until my party's stress levels are down to a reasonable level.įor every 60 minutes I play this game, I spend about 45 minutes healing stress. *First 5 rounds - I kill all enemies except one of the simple melee guys Originally posted by Dubious Drewski:Stress builds up easily, and Crusaders are the only class able to reduce it. Oh and critting yourself reduces stress, so its nice to have a few guys that crit a lot. Just have to deal with getting critted and DPSing/Stunning those back of the line enemies that do stress attacks. So im not racking up stress due to lack of torches, or clearing rubble by hand, or starving. In fact, i dont ever use stress reduction skills when i do have them, i use provisions and the campfires given to me. I do quite well with groups composed of just about everyone other than the Jester and the witch hunter lady.they both are way too dependant on their positioning and the positions of enemies for my liking. Jester can reduce stress, so can campfires, and so long as they are not going mental in a bad way, it becomes quite cheap to stick them all in the meditation afterward vs spending god knows how long with a defensive crusader party that sits there and destresses eachother.īut whatever floats your boat, if that how you like it more power to you. Nah, theyll start getting critted by enemies down the road, even a 2 Damage crit froma debuff can stack the stress on the whole party. The sooner you kill your enemies the less stress you'll get.
